Dear Robert,
My son and I are looking to move to the Cayman's. Can u tell me where to look to get info
on rentals for places to live?  And what is the school's like there.  I have a four year old grandson that will be coming with us.

There are a wide range of schools following either a UK or US curriculum.

Not quite sure how you expect to get here - unless you are very rich, you can't just turn up and stay. You need to apply for a job, and your employer will need to apply for a work permit for you, citing all of your dependents.
