Cayman Islands/weather

Question
We have a vacation and wanted to snorkel from May 29 to June 7th.  According to your weather page....there is a big chance it will be raining in the Caymans.  Should we wait and travel to the Caymans at a better time?

At that time of year you are likely to encounter rain, but usually it will rain for (heavily) for a couple of hours but then be dry.  Quite often by driving to another part of the island you can get out of the rain.

May/June is low season, so is likely to be cheaper on flights/accommodation than if you wait to when the weather may be better.

You may get dome guidance on what to expect from teh trip reports at that time of the year.

Hope this helps - enjoy your trip!
