Question Hi, We're looking at a crossing in December on the Century. I was wondering if you ever got a handle on the the weather expectations for the route to the South. I know it's unpredictable, but I can't find any info on the normal weather patterns. Thanks!

I am not sure if you meant to write to me or one of the other experts. I remember answering a question in regard to transatlantic (I am not sure if it was you), but told the questioner that my expertise was in sailing the Caribbean, Alaska and Canada. I have never done a transatlantic sailing so I told the questioner that I could not answer this question. I did recommend the site. www.cruisecritic.com. This site has a vast amount of information in regard to cruising and you could post this question to their boards. If you do a search at cruisecritic you will find a lot of information on transatlantic.
