I purchased a piece of jewelry on a recent Celebrity cruise.  They said they have 'buyers remorse'.  Can I return this piece of jewelry for a cash refund?  If so, how soon do I have to return it?

Hi Sharon,
On the back of your receipt and authanticity paperwork, it will tell you how to go about returning your purchase. You should have no problem returning it.
I do not believe they will give you cash, perhaps a credit on your credit card or will send you a check.
So my first step would be to read the paperwork attached with your purchase and see what they recommend.  You could also call the customer service department at Celebrity 1-800-256-6649.  They are open Mon-Fri 8am- 8pm Eastern Time, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 7pm.
