Celebrity/Millenium lifeboat decks

Hi,
We're planning a cruise on the Millenium and have just received a cabin upgrade. We have an outside cabin but are wondering if our view will be impeded by lifeboats. Do you know which decks house the lifeboats? We are Captain's Club members. This is our fifth cruise with Celebrity but first on the Millenium. Thanks for any help or info about the ship.
