A quick review of Internet resources - which you, too, are free to do - (not sure why you posed this question to ME) does not reveal anything notable about Ann Coulter's birth, sex at birth, irregularities, etc.  However, I think that becoming familiar with her stance towards liberalism would be beneficial.  And, finally, to have her in the stirrups of PLAY DOCTOR'S exam table woul dbe lots of fun!
