Celibacy/Abstinence/My Gratitude

Dear Sir,
In the above post You can show your true divotion to God. In my case any negative feelings irritates me, I can save mind by thinking of your name "DHANANJAY" and your great works, only after I thinks my responsibity to God. I can see your unconditional love and efforts to make each Jiva in a great level from all of your answers. You have great value in my life than any other relation although I cant see you, You are really great sir

Thanking You

HE is the light and from HIM has come everything as do images from a source of light. All these vanish and HE alone remains, without a second. Where then is 'I'? It is nothing but imagination, false and non-existent.

Questions concerning the practice of 'Brahmacharya' to know the self, & the means required are dealt with here.

The term 'Yoga' is a derivative of the Samskruth verb 'Yuj' which refers to union. 'Yoga', also called 'Brahma vidy‚' is the eternal dissolution of the individual 'Aham' (Ego) into the Atman (self) for 'Mukti' (liberation). Mere indulgence in '¬sana' or physical postures is not Yoga. ¬sana is only one limb or 'Anga' of Yoga. The eight limbs viz. Yama, Niyama, ¬sana, Pr‚n‚y‚ma, Praty‚h‚ra, Dh‚rana, Dhy‚na and Sam‚dhi are the means to Yoga. Brahmacharya or spiritually based continence is one of the important components of 'Yama'. 'Brahmacharya':- "Brahmani charyathey ithi" - "To surrender one's Ego and go with the will of the Almighty."
