Question
I wish to know if this world(external changes) is influence by internal changes ?

or

This world is a illusion laying/projected on what is really real/White/truth ?

Answer
To whom is the illusion? It is to the Ego. The Ego gets presented with a world which is a mirror reflection of itself. Thus, based on past karma accrued by the Ego, the world appears favorable or unfavorable to that degree. Therefore, the world is a reflection of one's own Ego and nothing else. In reality, the Ego & world are both unreal, for they have no existence of their own in terms of the absolute, which alone pervades everything.

The Atman (self) which is ever pure and ever untouched by good or bad is always unaffected, being the mere witness. He who transcends the Ego rests in the self as the self, is unaffected by the illusion. To him, there is nothing external or internal, for all is Brahman (Supreme), full of bliss, unchanging and eternal.

ॐ तत् सत्
(That Supreme being is the absolute truth)

Questions concerning the practice of 'Brahmacharya' to know the self, & the means required are dealt with here.

Experience

The term 'Yoga' is a derivative of the Samskruth verb 'Yuj' which refers to union. 'Yoga', also called 'Brahma vidy‚' is the eternal dissolution of the individual 'Aham' (Ego) into the Atman (self) for 'Mukti' (liberation). Mere indulgence in '¬sana' or physical postures is not Yoga. ¬sana is only one limb or 'Anga' of Yoga. The eight limbs viz. Yama, Niyama, ¬sana, Pr‚n‚y‚ma, Praty‚h‚ra, Dh‚rana, Dhy‚na and Sam‚dhi are the means to Yoga. Brahmacharya or spiritually based continence is one of the important components of 'Yama'. 'Brahmacharya':- "Brahmani charyathey ithi" - "To surrender one's Ego and go with the will of the Almighty."
