Question
Sir,
My queries are not related to Brahmachrya, so you may reply back when you are finished with   important questions related to Brahamacharya.

1) please give some effective ways to get  sleep instantly.

2) I read that NOPOLEAN BONAPART owing to his high concentration could make himself sleep the instant he laid to bed. Can you please tell how he was able to do that.

3) i saw a youtube video, where a man can stop himself from feeling pain sensation. He owed his ability to meditation. Can you please tell how he was able to do that. Is it possible to maintain that state as long as we want.

4) how can we astral project at will. Can you please tell the technique or procedure to follow in order to attain these abilities

Answer
1. Do the suggested Sadhana

2. When one is not attached the least to himself or the world, he enjoys instant, deep sleep at night.

3. By withdrawing the life energy from one's senses, one gets oblivious to pain. Purposefully going behind such powers is a waste of time and not for the one in quest of the truth. The honest Yogi who surrenders to the Lord is enabled with what is necessary, at the right time. He does not crave for such things, but ever remains steadfast on the Atman (self)

4. This purpose of this portal is limited to guidance on Brahmacharya to realize the self.

ॐ तत् सत्
(That Supreme being is the absolute truth)

Questions concerning the practice of 'Brahmacharya' to know the self, & the means required are dealt with here.

Experience

The term 'Yoga' is a derivative of the Samskruth verb 'Yuj' which refers to union. 'Yoga', also called 'Brahma vidy‚' is the eternal dissolution of the individual 'Aham' (Ego) into the Atman (self) for 'Mukti' (liberation). Mere indulgence in '¬sana' or physical postures is not Yoga. ¬sana is only one limb or 'Anga' of Yoga. The eight limbs viz. Yama, Niyama, ¬sana, Pr‚n‚y‚ma, Praty‚h‚ra, Dh‚rana, Dhy‚na and Sam‚dhi are the means to Yoga. Brahmacharya or spiritually based continence is one of the important components of 'Yama'. 'Brahmacharya':- "Brahmani charyathey ithi" - "To surrender one's Ego and go with the will of the Almighty."
