Question
I accidently dropped it in water.  Nothing happened except the bottom front buttons don't work.  Now however the bottom left touch screen thing keeps clicking and opening up my calendar and won't stop.  how do i get it to stop or how do i change it so that nothing will happen?

Answer
Hello Amy,

Unfortunately water damage is irreversible. What happens is water damages the board and causes goofy things to go wrong on your phone. After you get water damage on your phone what I usually recommend is for you to leave your phone alone near a vent or some type of fan so hopefully that will dry out all the water with no damage. Another thing that some people do is they take there phones to phone repair centers and they use a special type of liquid to attempt to rescue the board. Please take in mind that there is no guarantee that it will work but its the only way to attempt to help your phone. Another suggestion is to upgrade to the At&t Tilt which is the phone that I have and is a very good phone. Another suggestion is you can call HTC which is the manufacturer of the phone and send the phone to them for a free estimate on repairs. I hope this helps you and please do not hesistate to ask any further questions. Thank you.
