Question Robert.
I downloaded AudioPop as you suggested. I am still getting the same error, "Unsupported media type in header". Tech support from BlackBerry support indicated, "Unsupported Media Type in the header means that there are inline images or HTML in the email." They also indicated, "There is nothing that AudioPOP can do to solve this problem. There suggestion is to ask my voice mail provider to send the message in plain text." My voice mail provider is ATT...to date they have basically told me if it doens't work, it's a problem on my end and aren't to eager to assist. Any suggestions?
Answer Hello Keith,
I was doing some research and this is what I found out. Cisco developed a plug-in for BlackBerry Enterprise Server that integrates with Unity Unified Messaging 4.1 for instant call playback on WLAN or cellular-based BlackBerry handsets. When a message is recorded in voicemail, BlackBerry users will automatically receive an email with a unique embedded link. A simple click of the link will cause the Unity messaging system to call the user on their BlackBerry device and play the voice message. Such integration can make it easier for users on the move to stay on top of time sensitive issues and improve productivity. Which leads me to the following question what type of a Server do you have or who is providing you with that service?
Cell phones, GSM Technology, PDA Devices, Iphone, Blackberry Devices, Windows Mobile Devices, Bluetooth Settings and connectivity, how to's, ringtone's, Bluetooth Accessory, Phone Recommendations pretty much any questions.
