Since At&T purchased Cell one a while ago I have been unable to find new Cell One phones.  At&t in town still carry's some cell one phones like the Razr, the SE 300i and just the basic 6010.  However, I'm looking to find a better phone.  Preferably a blackberry  but if not just something better than my Sony Erikson 300wi.  The Flip.

I work online and a blackberry would be very helpful but I don't want to buy a used one and new ones are to expensive unless you sign the plan.  However, we have decided to stick with Cell One, until we are forced to merge over.

Do all unlocked GSM phones work?  If I buy one from best buy and insert my Sim Card it should work should it not?

Yes all GSM unlocked phones will work for you. I believe you will be forced to merge sometime this year probably during the summer. The one thing that you will have to do though is call up At&t Tech Support to be able to change the settings on the phone to correspond with At&t's Specs. Unless you purchase a unlocked At&t phone I recommend Ebay to purchase unlocked blackberry phones. There are also other websites but to be honest with you they will be very expesive probably above retail because the phone is unlocked so I recommend Ebay.
