Unfortunately there is no way to retreive those pictures unless you reinstate your service. By the sounds of it you probably have sprint you can try to check out this page and see if you have access to view the pictures

QUESTION: I did but they changed my user name but my password is the same.How can they do this.All they can say is I'm sorry well sorry isn't good enough.Those pictures are memories and its hard to function the day over them.They told me my pictures would be fine,I still have the same # and every thing just not the user name

I was looking at the website and your mobile number is your user name and your password should be the same if by any chance you have lost your password or forgotten it you can have it sent to your phone. In case that does not work have ou tried to escalate the matter to a manager who has authorization to retrieve your information or maybe escalate the matter to sprints technical department. Did you recently maybe change your phone number maybe if you tried your old cell phone number and your password? I really would suggest to contact Sprints technical support they should be able to help you by retreiving that information.
