Hey,
I have downloaded Motorola Phone Tools three times now. I have the Motorola V3m and everytime I go to plug my phone in so that the program can identify it, it says it was undetected. When I go to find it on the list of phone models, my model is not listed. Help!?

Do you have the latest version of Motorola Phone Tools? after you install the program you will need to restart your computer if once you go and detect the phone it does not find your phone restart your phone and reconnect your phone that should help it always works for me. Incase that does not work make sure the phone is connected via the usb cable properly. Do not worry if the version of your razor is the V3m it will automatically detect it and work after it recognizes it and it will configure it self. Do not go into the list and auto detect it the V3 V3m should be in the list of devices. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
