i cant get the pics off my phone

Hey Matt,

First thing we need to find out is what type of phone do you have and if you have multi media services available on your plan. If it is available and the amount of pictures you have on your phone is not many you can always e-mail the pictures to your self and save them on your personal computer. Another thing you can also do is if your home computer has bluetooth capabilities and your cell phone also has bluetooth capabilities you can also send the files to your personal computer that way. Another possible thing you can do is if your phone has a micro card option please put in a micro card and transfer the pictures from your cell phone memory to your micro card and simply put the micro card into your computer and transfer them that way. The last option we have available is a data cable most phones have data cables and with the software available through your cell phone manufacturer or optional third party software you can transfer the pictures from  your cell phone to your personal computer.
