Question
I just bought a used pearl for Verizon, and the guy that I bought it from left ALL 250 entries in his address book. What's the easiest way to wipe all of those out?

Answer
Hello Levi,

I would suggest you do a complete handset wipe and that will clear everything from the phone.

Step 1:
1.  Go to Options

Step 2:
2. Select Security Options

Step 3:
3. Select General Settings

Step 4:
4. Click the Menu key

Step 5:
5. Select Wipe Handheld

Step 6:
6. Click Continue

Step 7:
7. Type in the word blackberry

This will restart your phone and empty out any information on the phone. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
