QUESTION: Thanks so much! that page really helped me.  I was wondering if you could direct me or help me with a memory card issue i also have for this phone.  I purchased a microsd 2gb memory card and my phone says that it can't format it.

Hello Carmen,

One thing about these phones is that these phones at times are very picky when it comes to micro cards at times a generic card will not work. If the phone does not recognize the memory card it could be one thing either you have a generic card that your phone is not able to format or it could of been your phone only accepts 1gb memory cards and not 2gb but I just double checked and I was wrong your phone can use the 2gb card. Take out the battery of your phone while your phone is powered on and then put the battery back into your phone power on your device and attempt again. If that does not work please replace your memory card with another memory card of another known brand.
