Am using an O2 PDA Mini phone. Accidently my friend clicked on clear storage and now it is not working, not loggin in too. What is the remedy? If software needed to be installed how should I get?

Are you able to do a master clear or a master reset on the phone? Have you tried taking out the battery of the phone while the phone is still powered on and then power cycling the phone. If you can not access the main menu to do a hard reset you will have to contact your phone provider to do a warranty exchange. Attempt sending the phone directly to the manufacturer they will be able to either repair the phone for free or they will be able to diagnose the problem of your phone and repair it at a cost to you.
