QUESTION: hello dear, i was posted my quistion to the allexpert. i am belonging to goverment deartment, we wan't to treck the craminal by his IMEI or cellpone,via google earth and other map services, so i need the experts help on this subject, we simply wan't to treck where is he? so please if you have any saggasion and link on this metter please tell me we are really incounterd a many cases we save many lives. we wan't to treck the GSM phone becuse in our country most i mean 92% people use the GSM servic and also the siple set, so please tell us if you have any idea on this

ANSWER: Hello Dilshad Ahmed,

There is a way to track the phone you can not track the phone to a specific location but to a near by location. First thing you need to do is find out his IMEI find out which carrier he is using and the carrier can perform an IMEI search. The IMEI will determine the cell phone number associated with the IMEI. What can be done next is they can keep tabs on the phone calls that are being made and through a triangle process they can come to a block location of where the person you are searching for is located. This is the only method that can be used to locate people through GSM phones. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. QUESTION: Thank you so much for the emmidait reponce i really appricait you, but however i don't understand which software or other supported item i can use, i mean police have some recorde as we intarogate the person we know which numer he is use now "example" person "A" use the "Nokia" "1112" the "IMEI" number is "358069016925208" and the service is "http://www.mobilinkgsm.com" we have these information but next what we can do, i don't awnser, some time when we get some information to celluler service, the offical way to get the info is this we write the letter to our headoffice, its will approved then submit to service and they are not to bound to reply us immedait. so this process is very late and painable, some time we lost innocent lives......
so please make a screen shoot of process if you can,, or if you have a propper site who detecte and person who can help us we will pay his due.. as he/it demond to us
