Question
I have a Motorola V635 cell phone. I bought the Motorola Phone Tool to transfer my pictures and video from my cell phone to my computer running XP. The pictures work fine but the video transfer I can't open says Window's can't find program to open video. What program do I have to install so I can play these transferred video's on my computer? Also I live in the country and am on Telus Dial up if that makes any difference. Sorry I am a senior just learning about computers so need an answer in simple language not up on all the computer terms.:)

I commend you for your use of computers and exploring into the new technology. In order to open up the videos associated with your phone you will need to download and install quicktime your computer. After you install this software you will be able to view the videos. Here is a link to quicktime so you can download the software http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ at the top of the page simply select if you want to download the player with Itunes (Itunes is a music player where you can download music from for a low fee) or without Itunes after you have made your selection please press download and it will download onto your pc simply install then you will be able to view your videos.
