Question
i have a motorola krzr and i am trying to transfer a ringtone by using bluetooth to my dad who has a LG UX380. it connets with his phone but it says Unsupported MEdia Type. Ihave transfered songs beforeand it works fine but i just want to know what exactly does this mean.

Answer
Hello Taihlor,

It could just mean something simple it could mean that it is formatted at a bit rate that is not supported on the phone meaning a mp3 or a wma file that does not play on that phone. It could also mean that the ringtone you are trying to send was a ringtone that was purchased or is locked to the device and is unable to be transfered to another device. I hope I have answered your question if you have any further questions please feel free to ask. Thank you for your question.
