Question
i am wanting to bid on a unlocked chocolate on ebaby, but wasnt sure if it would work with my corr wireless service since it is a 800-GSM.. do u know?

Answer
Hello Betsy,

I was just researching the Corr Wireless company it says it runs off of 1900 frequency. I also just researched the Lg unlocked Chocolate phone and it said that it is a tri-band phone that does use the 1900 frequency so you will be able to use the phone. What I would recommend however is for you to purchase a Quad-Band phone the reason why is becaus at times when we roam outside of our designated calling area we roam and we use towers that belong to another carriers and they may use 850 frequency and if this does happen your reception would be limited. That is why I would recommend for you to purchase a Quad-Band phone that way you will not have any reception problems. You see cell phone companies have agreements among themselves where they can roam on other others towers that is how they can provide nationwide service to you because not every cell phone company has towers in every place imaginable. What I would recommend is you purchase a Quad-Band phone but please do not get me wrong you will be able to use the phone. I hope that I have been of help to you and please contact me with any further questions. Thank you for your question.
