Cellular Phones/mobile phone rip off charges

Question
Hi,I have been crediting my mobile phone but the credit ends without me using it. I think it is because I signed up for some rubbish 'free text message' program on the internet. Someone is probably charging me from the mobile. Basically it's a rip off. I do not remember what I signed up for, what's the best way to stop this? Should I just get a new SIM card? thanks

Answer
Hello Luigi,

Basically what you need to do is revise your bill and where you see charges see what they are for if they are from a miscellaneous website charging you for jokes, games, ringtones or what exactly they are charging you for next to that charge should be there contact number. Contact them and have them credit you for the charges. If you change your sim card you will still be receiving those charges because the charges are being received on your phone number not on your sim card. You can also contact your carrier have them unsubscribe you from any package you subscribed for and receive a credit. I hope that I have been of help to you, if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
