Hello Matthew,

Phones usually hit the European and Asian market months to years before we receive them here in the states. Many of the phones that you see out in the European and Asian market never get to make it here in the United States Market. I would however expect the phone to be out in the European and Asian market sometime this summer to fall. Those versions should be unlocked and it would be only a matter of time until you can find them on ebay and being imported to the United States.
