All of the websites that I know of requires for you to have internet access on the phone. You can upload your ringtones or the song you want and tell the song what which point of the song to which point of the song you want your ringtone to be sent to you then you will receive a link on your phone which you can download the link. Since it is a free service there is a wait of about 1 minute to about a few hours depending on how many people are on the website never the less it is a free service. Hello John,

The reason as to why you did not receive the ringtone on your device is probably because your device is either not compatible with the phone, you do not have internet or your phone does not support mp3. I would suggest for you to give me the make and manufacturer of your phone and I will see if your item carriers any data cables.
