i tryed turning on my phone and i wont. also i bought a new battery and it wont go on or even charge. what should i do. i need my phone.

I would suggest for you to take the battery out of the phone for a few minutes then you should be able to put the battery back into the phone and the phone should power on. Is the usb power adapter loose? is the power cable working? Is the replacement battery a new oem product or aftermarket? Have you had your device for less than a year if so you can contact T-mobile to replace your item with your one year warranty.
