Hello Steven,

I apologize about the delay in my reponse. Before somebody sends you a file you need to make your cell phone discoverable. Here are the steps you need to follow in order to make your cell phone discoverable. Go to your menu screen now go to settings, now go to connection, now find bluetooth link, now go to setup, the first option you will see is find me press find me that will make your bluetooth discoverable so people can send you files of course that will only be for 60 seconds 3 minutes depending on your phone. If when somebody attempts to sync with you it asks you for a pin code enter 0000. I hope that this helps you, if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
