I have a motorola usb cable that came with my krzr v caste music kit it fits my motorola w490 can I use it on the w490 also?

Yes you will be able to use the data cable that came with your krzr f your motorola w490. However the software for the motorola w490 is called Motorola phone tools I believe it should of came with your music kit if it did not there are websites that offer the software for sale online.
