I have Nokia 7610, made in finland. Its software version is: 5.0509.0.Recently,I failed to open any recieved message or to start typing a new text or multimedia messages. all other functions are okay.I got a text viewer program (profilmail) and I transferred it from my pc to my Nokia via bluetooth. Unfortunately, I can not open the bluetooth message to start installing the program..can you pleas help me with this problem.. thank you

The first thing I would recommend is that you perform a hard reboot which will reset your phones settings to the same settings when you purchased your phone. Also please be advised that there are settings for your phone where you will be able to view text messages multi media text messages and you will be able to get on the internet with these settings. http://www.nokia-asia.com/A4417520 the following is the link to where you will be able to order settings for your phone by selecting your carrier and the appropriate settings you need. In case you want to install the software on your phone please make sure that the software is not in a zip folder then reattempt to install. If the file is not in a zip folder and does not want to install attempt to close out all other applications perform a soft reboot on your phone take out the battery of the device while the device is powered on wait a few seconds then put the battery back into the phone and power on now re attempt to install the software this should work.
