I was wondering if I pick a regular 39.99 plan without the added on 14.99 for free texting will i be able to get free texting and internet.

I am sorry but the 14.99 will only cover text messaging if you want unlimited internet and text messaging it would be an additional either 19.99 or 29.99 on top of the 14.99. If you want unlimited text messaging and internet on the phone at&t has it for 34.99 that includes free video and picture messaging. In the end they would both be about the same price but what it really boils down to is minutes and the plan you would want for yourself. I would recommend you view the at&t and t-mobile price plans compare and then make a decision. Also please take in mind that at&t does provide discounts for certain companys and discounts if you already have phone at&t service or internet service.
