Can I put a contract on this phone? If not can I just purchase any phone with a contract then just switch the sim card into the p168+?

Unfortunately this cell phone is not available with any GSM company such as T-mobile or At&t as you stated you can however get a contract with any of the two mentioned companies and simply take the sim card out of the phone they give you and put it into your Cect p168 and you will be all set. However in order to view pictures and videos that are sent to you you will have to set the phones settings up to match your provider. You will also have to set the settings on the phone in order to view the internet as well. After you decide on which carrier you decide to go with please let me know and I will be glad to give you the settings and give you directions on how to set them.
