Hi.
I installed Motorola Phone Tools software in my computer to use with a Razr V3. My computer finds the phone/modem and everything seems fine. I already installed and uninstalled the driver several times and I still cannot use the software.  It keeps telling me that "mobile not connected" . I turned on and off my phone several times, switch USB ports and nothing happened.
Any idea what may be my problem ?

The only other idea I can come up with is that maybe your data cable has been damaged attempt to exchange the data cable and try to do so again. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
