How can i transfer ringtones I have paid for to my pc to put on new phone I have coming from insurance claim? I cant find anything in Brew to back up ringtones as I had on my old v323. Thanks

I do apologize but purchased ringtones are non transferable they stay locked to the device you originally purchased them on. What I am going to suggest for you to do is contact your cell phone provider and tell them that you have a few ringtones that you purchased through them on your cell phone they will either send them when you receive your new phone or issue you a credit on your phone account number.
