Question
QUESTION: Hello, just a couple days ago, my alarm application on my phone won't open. When I look it up in the tools menu select it, it just freezes up my phone. Can you tell my what's wrong, and how I could fix my phone. Thank you in advance.

ANSWER: Hello Jason,

I would recommend for you to do a few things the first thing I would suggest is for you to take the battery out of the phone while the phone is powered on and this is called a soft reboot this will restart the software on your phone. If this still does not work you will have to perform a master reset this will clear all your settings and reset the phone to original manufacturers settings.

1. Open your phone up and go to “Settings”
2. Next go to the selection for “Initial Setup”
3. Next go to the selection for “Master Reset”
4. Then select to confirm the option.
5. Now enter the security code which should be “000000”
6. Finally press select or ok and the phone will reset itself to the factory setting

I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.

QUESTION: Thank you for such a prompt reply. I did try that but the application still doesn't not work. Do you have any other suggestions? Thank you again.

Answer
Hello Jason,

If after the steps you still have the same problem it is going to be a glitch with the phone software or firmware. I would suggest for you to return the phone and get it exchanged for a different phone of the same model or a different phone. There is usually a 14 day or 30 day exchange period after you get a phone so you should still be under that exchange period. Also please be aware that you have a 1 year manufaturers warranty. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
