I recently purchased a MotoKRZR K1M from Verizon. I purchased a ring tone from the Verizon website and it said save as sound, I did that and wanted to change the current ring tone to the new one and it is not showing up in the ringtone menu. It does however show up under "Sounds". How do I get it to the ringtone menu so I can use it?

I do apologize about this late reply but this has been an issue with Verizon Wireless there are plenty hacks out there but I will not recommend any of them due to the fact that this will void out your warranty instead I recommend for you to contact there tech support to see if they have any new updated software that can help you with this problem. I would also recommend for you to get a credit for the purchased ringtone. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
