I have a blackberry I want to sell, I was terminated from my contract due to finacial trouble.  I still owe money to them however, I have no contract anymore.   Am I able to sell the phone still?   Its gone to a collection agency and no longer with sprint.

There are some providers in which you can't sell a phone that is linked to an account with an unpaid balance. Sprint however is not like the other CDMA companies you are able to sell the phone to an active Sprint account they just have to go to the store and have them activate the account for them.
