Question
dose anyone know if i can use cincinnati bell with any of the motorola SLVR phones? and if so dose anyone also know if cincinnati bell planned phones can recieve mp3 ringtones?...i need to know this because im trying to pic out a good phone.

Answer
Hello Corenda,

Cincinnati Bell uses Gsm as its form of technology I was looking over the phones that Cincinnati Bell provides and the majority of them have bluetooth technology and you should be able to receive and send ringtones pictures and videos via bluetooth. At times however you will not be able to use homemade ringtones on your phone due to the fact that they want you to pretty much download and pay for ringtones from them. T-mobile does this on a few of there phones and I am sure that other providers do this as well. Since your company does use Gsm technology you have the option to purchase Gsm unlocked phones the only down side to that is that you will need to set your phones settings to be able to use Cincinnati Bell internet and you will need to set the settings to send and receive pictures and videos. As far as future phones that they are going to be announcing I do not know as of now you can always monitor its news portion of the website or view www.phonescoop.com or more news. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
