QUESTION: Hi, i recently bought an unlocked krzr k1 and it has been working great until
about a month ago it stopped making outgoing calls and now it will not let me
recieve calls either. It still let's me recieve and send messages though. Do you
have any idea what is happening?! thanks.

Have you changed any of the phone settings it sounds like there might be some changed phoen settings on your phone. I would suggest for you to contact your phone provider there might be something internally wrong where they will have to change some information internally. If you have changed any of the settings on your phone you can do a master reset which can restore your phones settings if this does not fix it you will need to call your tech support they will have to resolve the issue on the back end. Here is how you perform a Master Reset:
1. Open your phone up and go to “Settings”
2. Next go to the selection for “Initial Setup”
3. Next go to the selection for “Master Reset”
4. Then select to confirm the option.
5. Now enter the security code which should be “000000”
6. Finally press select or ok and the phone will reset itself to the factory condition

QUESTION: I have tried that also i have taken it to my wireless company and they have tried to fix it.

The only other similiar case to this that I remember coming across was solved when we out of all things changed the number. Aparently the error was with the users phone number and changing the phone number fixed these errors. It is something to consider and I am sure talking to your tech support department they will change your number for free.
