Cellular Phones/LG f9200 blue screen

Question
The screen on my LG F9200 has turned blue. The phone is charged. It's an unlocked Telcel phone. T-Mobile, our carrier, suggested that it might be the battery, but the battery seems to charge. I am still able to receive calls, but since I can't see anything, I can't make calls or text. Any suggestions?
Thank you.

Answer
Hello Julie,

It could be that you have the incorrect battery your battery part number is BSL-59G . Here is a link to what your battery should look like http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/wearethewirelessboys_1997_21084966 If the battery is correct it will either be a screen issue or a ribbon issue. The ribbon is a electronic connector that connects the main screen to the main board on the phone. There is no saying as to how the damage might of occured without inspecting the phone. What I would suggest is if your phone is still under a one year period of usage you can go through your warranty so they can replace your phone. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
