Hi!
i have a question about my razor phone and my microSD card. i was able to transfer my pictures and videos to my card, but i want to put my ringtones that i bought before onto my card. how do i put my ringtones onto my card? i went to go move/copy them and there is a picture of a  padlock next to it. is there a way to 'unlock' them?

Hello Christina,

Unfortunately those ringtones are only locked to your device only so that makes them unable to move to any other folder or memory card for that matter. The reason as to why you can not move them is because they were purchased from your service provider and they are permanetnly locked to your device only.
