Can you please help me to retrieve the history of calls made and received and also sms that have been deleted?

Hello Amy,

You cannot retreive deleted sms messages there is no trash bin such as on computers so you can not undelete these messages. As far as your call history please go to your main menu then you will see log. The log gives you the option to view recent calls call time and data counters. However if you have deleted your call history previously you will not be able to restore it.
