QUESTION: I have a dash for a year now, but what happen is I changed the sim lock password on it and now I cant remember it. And a friend of mine removed my sim and now it is locked up. is there a way to unlock it because i cannot remember the password.   THank YOu

If it is only a sim lock password just get a new sim card this will fix the problem if it is a phone lock you will need to restore the phone to its original settings that will solve the problem for you. Please be advised that this will erase all content on your phone and reset your phone to original manufacturer settings. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Select Start > Accessories > Clear Storage.
Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the phone.
The phone will restart after it has been reset.
