Well, went to the AT&T store and the guy said you can only get the software online at motorola.com. which I did. He also says AT&T never sold software for cell phones or at any AT&T store. Anyway, I still can't get this phone to work for my computer.

Perhaps the store you went to doesnt carry the software but I remember carrying the software in store. When you installed the Motorola phone tools did you update the software. At times when you go into the mode for the phone to be recognized by your data cable you need to power off your phone and power on again. This will cause the phone to be recognized and another question I have is are you trying to copy from your pc to your phone or phone to pc. I want to help you find a solution for your phone.
