Can you get free internet on the dash phone? Do I need to purchase it through t-mobile?

This phone does have wi-fi capabilities if you are by a hot spot you will be able to get free internet access that way. Besides from wi-fi capabilities there is no free internet access you will have to purchase it from t-mobile.
