I cannot seem to get my phone to send any picture  messages. when I try it gives an error message of "error in communication" for  both  phone numbers and e-mails.  I tried messing around with the settings but I don't understand them.

Hello Libby,

The first thing you should know is that you should never touch the internet and message settings on your phone as this will alter and corrupt your phones capabilities to send messages and get online. When you have problems with your phone not being able to send messages or get on the internet what I suggest if for you to perform a soft reboot on your phone to clear out any temporary erros. The way you perform a soft reboot is while your phone is on please remove the battery and leave it off for about a minute. After the minute is up please insert your battery back into the phone and restart your phone. Attempt to send out picture messages and perform internet activity and you should be able to do so without any problems.
