Hi, ok so I have Motorola Phone Tools and I'm trying to put ringtones onto my phone and when I try to do this, I get an error message. The message says: Request denied by phone (Unsupported media type (0x4F))
Help me please and reply back ASAP!! Thank you!!!

Hello Heather,

Make sure that the mp3 files you are transfering over to your phone are encoded at a 64kb bit rate or smaller also make sure the files are mp3 and nothing else. If you continue to have problems please let me know who your provider is becaus some providers do not let you import ringtones to your phone.
