Sir/Ma'am,
   I just received my sgh d900i Samsung GSM unlocked phone.  It works fine except no sound comes through the ear piece during a phone call even with the speaker volume all the way up and mute off.  All key tones and ring tones come through fine as well as the speaker phone.  Any advice?

Hello Jim,

It sounds like you pretty much did the basic trouble shooting on the device. After such testing and still no sound there is nothing further you can do without cancelling out the warranty the only solution I can advise you is to return the phone to whom ever you purchased it from and have it exchanged for a working model. I know that will cut time from you and the device because you probably have been waiting for it for a few days or even up to a week but in the end you will have a working model and not a phone that will not be of any use to you.
