Question
hi,I bought samsung u700 2 weeks ago.My cellphone off and then on itself with in second,it happens more then 3 times a day.Why it is happening? My phone is having any problem?or this is any signal problem.I will be greatfull if you will answer my question. Thanks

Answer
Hi Ahana -

You didn't mention where you bought this phone and I am assuming that it is a used phone. If it's used and you bought it on line somewhere like eBay, it sounds like the phone is damaged, if it's fully turning itself off. If it turns itself off and then back on (i.e., reboots), there is probably something wrong with it. This wouldn't be a signal problem.

Any phone you buy should be in good working condition when you buy it. If it isn't, you should be able to return it. If you bought this on eBay or from an on-line retailer, I would suggest returning it or exchanging it for another phone. You should not have problems with a new phone.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks. DebiN
