QUESTION: How do you get ringtones on this phone? I need a straight to the point answer. I'm fed up and ready to send this phone back!!!

This is an unlocked phone you will not be able to download ringtones from your service provider until you set your settings to your phone carrier. The only other way to receive ringtones until you do so is by bluetooth. If you need the settings for company please let me know and I will give you the settings. You actually need a smart phone to have a full browser for your phone unfortunately there is no way around that option there. Here are the settings for your phone another thing you can attempt to do since at&t carrys the Lg Shine you can call At&t customer service to see if they have the text message that can be set to your phone and format your unlocked phone to the at&t settings. In all honesty that will probably be the easiest way for your phone to be formated. Here are the settings.
