Question
I bought A88 few days ago and have AT&T network.  However, when I insert the AT&T branded blue SIM card, I am not able to receive or make calls.  AT&T uses 1900 MHz in my area.  Can you help troubleshoot?  thanks

Answer
Hello Bobby,

The phone you purchased is a tri-band phone unfortunately your phone does not work on the 850 frequency which is the frequency that is used in your area. Your phone works only on the 900 1800 & 1900 frequencies odds are in your area the phone works only on the 850 mhz frequency. If this is the case there is nothing that can be done you will need to purchase a quadband phone in order not to have problems in the future. If you give me your zip code I can make sure and get back to you with this correct information. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
